This session will introduce Aldine ISD’s new teachers to the Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS).  Participants will be provided information on the T-TESS rubric and their associated roles and responsibilities.  The Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) will also be defined and its potential to impact Aldine ISD teachers discussed.
